NEXT for AUTISM will be hosting a benefit featuring distinguished speaker Dr. Joshua Gordon, Director of the National Institute of Mental Health on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at the Metropolitan Club in New York City.

The program, Autism: Origins and Outcomes, will also include a panel discussion led by David Remnick, Editor of The New Yorker, with Dr. Gordon, author Andrew Solomon, and Paul Shattuck, Ph.D., Leader, Life Course Outcomes Research Program at the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute.

NEXT for AUTISM will be recognizing SPARK, the landmark autism research project powered by the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative, for its groundbreaking autism research; and CINTAS, a corporate leader in hiring employees with autism through its diversity program.

NEXT for AUTISM believes that individuals with autism have the potential to live fulfilling, productive lives when supported by excellent services and connected to their communities. NEXT for AUTISM seeks to effect fundamental shifts in current approaches to autism services by designing, launching and supporting innovative educational, clinical, and vocational programs across the country.
