Video: Objects of Memory

How are our memories inscribed in the objects we accumulate? And how do we curate our own histories and identities through the collection of these objects of memory? For the Objects of Memory project, ERRATICA asked individuals to present an object that contains particular significance for them and to share some of the reminiscences that the object evokes. In this video, we hear from retired secretary Jeanne Klinger, and from author and lecturer Andrew Solomon.

Objects of Memory was created as part of What Remains: Memory, History and Conflict, a festival at the Print Room at the Coronet, to coincide with ERRATICA’s new production Remnants.
